One person builds Nowai, so plain email is the whole support system — no ticket portal, no account required. When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, your Android or iOS version, and the app version from Settings.

A fact looks wrong. What do I do?: Email it and it gets fixed or removed. Include the fact text and, if you can, the source it credits — every card links to where it came from. Corrections are welcome and taken seriously; a feed of facts is only worth having if the facts are right.
Do I need an account?: No. Nowai has no accounts, no sign-up, and no login. Everything works the moment you open it. If you ever see a login screen, it belongs to a source’s website opened from a fact’s source credit — not to Nowai.
Does it work offline?: Yes. Facts ship inside the app, so no connection is needed. When you are online, Nowai can supplement them with fresh facts from Wikipedia, but that is additive and never required.
How do I change my categories?: Tap the gear icon in the top-right of the feed, then pick the categories you want. “All” turns everything on or off at once. Changes apply to the next card.
Why am I seeing a fact I have already seen?: Nowai does not repeat a fact until you have worked through the whole pool for your selected categories. Once the pool is exhausted it reshuffles and starts over. Narrowing to a single category makes that happen sooner.
Where do the facts come from?: Public reference and open-data sources, including Wikipedia, NASA, the World Bank, GBIF, and museum open-access collections. Each fact credits its source, and tapping the credit opens it.
How do I delete my data?: Uninstalling the app removes everything, because everything — your categories and which facts you have seen — is stored only on your device. Nothing is held on a server. See the privacy policy.
Is it free? Are there ads?: Free, with no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases.
Can you add a category, or a fact I love?: Send it over. Suggestions shape what gets added next.
